Management staff and employees of Yamada Shokai are members of the Toho Gas group, which takes on the mission of public service.
Through gas and water piping work and gas-related projects, we continue to build our company with rich humanity to serve both customers and society. We are aware that it is essential for us always to be trusted by customers and society in order to realize the above. We have established a Code of Conduct shared by all members of the company.
In the conduct of corporate activities, we consider this standard as a foundation, and work on compliance activities responsibly and with pride, to create an honest and fair company.

Ensuring Compliance
There are frequent reports of well-known, long-established companies losing the trust and reputation that they have built up through long years of effort with the occurrence of just one scandal, devastating losses that critically affect their business. In order to avoid such situations, every worksite and employee understands the need for compliance, being conscious of problems, and dealing swiftly and appropriately with suspicious and questionable points without bowing to undue influence through pressure from others.
We have set up an independent compliance office in charge of company-wide compliance workshops and patrols, as well as providing updated compliance information. The compliance pocketbook (posted above) is distributed to all employees to ensure awareness of compliance.
